We will respond to all data-related requests within 30 days.
If you have applied to WaveX or are participating in the programme, we hold some or all of the following: your name and contact details, your startup registration information, your pitch deck and business plan, your stated financial history, and any audio-visual materials you submitted.
We use your data to: assess your application, communicate with you, deliver the programme to you if selected, and comply with our legal obligations as a Government of India body. We use your data for investor introductions and promotional purposes only if you have given specific consent for those activities.
If your application was unsuccessful: we keep your data for 24 months from the date we notified you, then delete it.
If you are or were an incubatee: we keep your data for 36 months after your programme participation ends.
Financial records are kept for the minimum period required by Indian law.
We only share your data with the people and organisations listed in our Data Collection Notice. We never sell your data. We never share it for advertising purposes.
