Important Update: Change in Venue and Timings for Pass Collection – WaveX 2025

Dear Participants,

We would like to inform you of important updates regarding the pass collection process for WaveX 2025. Please review the revised schedule below based on your participant category:

For Pass/Badge Collection

📍 Venue: Sofitel Hotel, C 57, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai - 400051

🕒 Timings: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on 30th April 2025

⚠ Additional Important Information:

Passes will NOT be available for collection on 1st May 2025 at Sofitel.
However, if you are unable to collect your pass on 30th April, an alternative arrangement is available:

🔁 Alternate Pass Collection (Only if Missed on 30th April)

📍 Venue: Ginger Mumbai Airport, Nehru Road, Plot No. 10 & 11, Western Express Hwy, Navpada, Vile Parle East, Mumbai – 400099

🕒 Timings: Timings: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM on 1st May 2025

🏁 Final Opportunity for Pass Collection

📍 Venue: Jio World Convention Centre

🕒 Timings: Timings: From 10:00 AM onwards on 2nd May 2025
